Home Return Policy |  | |  | | Return Policy | | RETURNS and REFUNDS Items will be accepted for refund or exchange up to 7 days after delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you will be refunded for the purchase price of the merchandise if returned within 7 days. Items must be in the original packaging with all original packing materials, and any other materials that came with the item. We will not accept any item that shows any sign of wear. If an item is damaged in shipping you must file a claim with the shipping company. We will not accept returned goods that have been damaged. All returns should be insured and shipped using a standard shipping method which will provide some type of tracking. Items returned for refund or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The minimum restocking fee is $5.00. Shipping fees are not refundable. Any returned item that was shipped with a free shipping promotion will be assessed a shipping charge and deducted from the refund. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RA#). RA numbers can be obtained by calling 1-334-567-2300. Please call for an RA before you send your merchandise. When you contact us for a RA# we will give you the correct address to return the item. We catalog over 20,000 products shipping from 5 different warehouses, therefore it is very important you obtain the proper return instructions. If you return any item to the wrong address you will be assessed additional shipping charges so please be sure to contact us before returning any item. |
